Below is a break down of fees associated with each car.

Late Model Tour Motor

Congratulations you have taken the first step to live your Dream of moving up to the next level of racing or out to enjoy a weekend worth of fun. 

Lease Fee:  $5,000.00 per race with Tour Motor.

This fee includes the race legal car, racecar preparation for the race events, pit equipment, a crew chief, crewman, spotter and driver coach.  Fee also includes pit fees for the crewmembers.  Leasee is responsible for consumables such as tires and fuel.  Car will come with a full tank of fuel and two sets of used tires.  Leasee is also responsible for providing their own safety gear from seat, firesuit, gloves, helmet and neck restraint system.  Seat installation will be performed at the shop for proper installation. 

Retainer: $5,000.00

            This retainer represents a vehicle damage and term commitment deposit.  The

deposit is returned at the end of the lease agreement when vehicle repairs are complete.  Payment of the retainer is due at contract signing.

Competition/Wreck Damage Repair:  Time and materials will be charged at $60.00 per

hours.  Competition or wreck damage is on/off track damage to the vehicle while under the leaser’s command.  Drive train failure due to driver negligence is a competition damage billable repair.  (For example, continuing to operate the racecar in an overheat condition.

Travel:  $1.50 per mile to and from each race.

Fuel/Tires/Entry Fee’s:  Will be billed to Renter at cost.

Testing:  $15.00 per lap, track rental, travel fee, tires and fuel.  A $60.00 per hour fee will apply for crew required in addition to the crew chief.

ASA Late Model

Lease Fee:  $4,000.00 per race with Crate Motor.

This fee includes the ASA race legal car, racecar preparation for the race events, pit equipment, a crew chief, crewman, spotter and driver coach.  Fee also includes pit fees for the crewmembers.  Leasee is responsible for consumables such as tires and fuel.  Car will come with a full tank of fuel and two sets of used tires.  Leasee is also responsible for providing their own safety gear from seat, firesuit, gloves, helmet and neck restraint system.  Seat installation will be performed at the shop for proper installation.

Pro Truck
